The Hobbit: There & Back Again is a competitive, story-driven dice game designed by Reiner Knizia, where you step into Bilbo’s journey across 8 unique, replayable adventures—from Bag End all the way to The Lonely Mountain.
Each adventure has you drafting dice to gather resources, tackle obstacles, and make tactical choices. The game uses 5 six-sided dice plus 1 twelve-sided die, keeping the gameplay fast, flexible, and full of decisions. With individual player books and dry-erase tracking, it works great for both solo play and group sessions.
