Rumors of the Wild Hunt riders are increasingly spreading from all directions. A ghostly cavalcade sweeps across the night sky, instilling fear in the hearts of people. Whispers of missing children circulate, along with tales of impending crop failures and looming war.
The Wild Hunt is a major expansion that introduces a brand-new cooperative mode to the game, also allowing for a complete solo experience. Players will now confront the fearsome warriors from another dimension known as Wild Hunt Riders, either together or on their own.
This expansion significantly alters the game's structure—rather than taking turns, players move around the board simultaneously, elevating strategic planning to a whole new level! Encounters between players don’t result in combat but may lead to joint training, exchanges of gold, potions, and valuable information about nearby monsters.
The game unfolds over several rounds, and at the end of each round, the Wild Hunt summons new monsters or Hounds, moving across the board to attack players.
As the game reaches its climax, players will face their greatest challenge: a duel against one of the most formidable Wild Hunt warriors, the mighty Eredin. All players must unite for this final confrontation, striving to defeat Eredin, who wields a set of unique, powerful attacks that make the battle especially daunting.
